JUDGMENT

1. This intra-Court appeal is directed against an interim order in W.P.A. 2893 of 2024 dated 28th June, 2024.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the appellants submits that the writ petition has been finally disposed of and the appellants are in the process of challenging the said order.

3. Hence, nothing further survives for decision in this appeal and the same stands disposed of leaving it open to the appellants to challenge the final

order passed in W.P.A. 2893 of 2024 and all grounds canvassed in this appeal can be canvassed in the appeal, which is proposed to be filed.

4. No costs.
