... for the State The petitioner is seeking release on bail, inter alia, on the ground that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

In support of such a case, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner invites our attention to Annexure 'A' being the injury report to submit that there was no external or internal injury on the private parts rather the bleeding was on the score of menstruation.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State invites our attention to the case diary and in particular the statement made by the victim girl aged 14 years.

Having regard to the nature of the offence and in consideration of the statement, so made by the victim girl, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

Accordingly, the application being C.R.M. 6976 of 2021 is dismissed.
