The petitioners seek relaxation of conditions of bail imposed upon them vide order passed on 10th July, 2024. By the said order the petitioners were directed to stay within the jurisdiction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Calcutta and meet the investigating officer once a week till submission of charge sheet.

Learned counsel for the State submits that charge sheet is yet to be submitted.

The petitioners have complied with the order of this Court.

In view of the above, the condition imposed upon the petitioners is relaxed to the extent that the petitioners shall met the investigating officer once in a month till submission of charge sheet.

However, other conditions shall remain unaltered. The application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly uploaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
