It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the certified copy of the order which has been annexed to the application may be returned to the petitioner. Such prayer is considered.

Accordingly, the application being, CRM 6987 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed with direction to return the certified copy of the order annexed to the application to the learned advocate on record for the petitioner.
