Mr. Nandy, learned advocate appearing for the respondents submits, upon instruction, that appointment letter has already been issued in favour of the petitioner.

In view thereof, as the petitioner's grievance has been redressed, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
