... For the State Instead of bail, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client at this stage prays for a direction upon the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case.

The petitioner is in custody since 26th February 2020. In the above facts and circumstances, it is directed that the Court below shall make every effort to complete the trial within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
