The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Bio Science (H/PG) Group at Belur T.H. Memorial Urdu H.S. School, while serving as such, she had enhanced her qualification in the relevant subject and on the said ground prayed for fixation of higher payscale. The grievance of the petitioner is that the concerned respondents are not considering her said prayer. Mr. Mahananda Roy, learned advocate for the petitioner, submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) has recommended fixation of said higher pay-scale of the petitioner. He files photocopy of such recommendation, which is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid development, no further order need be passed in the writ petition.

WPA 16758 of 2022 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
