....For the State Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in consideration of the nature of the offence alleged under Section 21(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Since the charge-sheet has already been submitted, the learned Judge, Special Court under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 is requested to undertake the trial as expeditiously as possible. The application for bail, being C.R.M. No. 6994 of 2021, is dismissed.
