Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the incident occurred due to family disputes. The petitioner is now sought to be falsely implicated on the basis of exaggerated version of the incident. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the injury report of the victim. The injury report of the victim prima facie states that the victim suffered acid attack.

The name of the petitioner was disclosed by the victim to the doctor examining her.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 3589 of 2022 is dismissed.
