"In the 4th line of the first paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression 'FIR No. 240 of 2023 dated 30th April, 2023'

shall stand corrected to read as 'Charge Sheet No. 240 of 2023 dated 30th April, 2023 and FIR No. 171 of 2024 dated March 7, 2024'.

In the 4th and 5th line of the first paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression, 'and the petitioners' son' shall stand corrected to read as 'The petitioners'

son'.

In the second paragraph of the second page of the said order, the following paragraph shall be added, ' CPAN 941 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.'

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order April 26, 2024.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

7.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.

8.

Report of the police dated 01.05.2024 is kept on record.
