... For the State The petitioner prays for bail on the ground that inordinate delay has occurred in the investigation. It is submitted that the chemical report of the seized contraband has not yet been received or furnished to the petitioner.

In those circumstances, the State Forensic Science Laboratory is directed to submit chemical report to the investigating officer in FIR No. 192 of 2021 mandatorily and positively within a period of two months from the date of communication of the copy of this order.

The application for bail being CRM 6999 of 2021 is rejected at this stage.
