....For the State It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the coaccused, Subol Roy, has been granted pre-arrest bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 28th September, 2021 passed in C.R.M. No. 6452 of 2021.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having considered the materials on record and keeping in mind the extent of complicity of the petitioners in the alleged crime and as co-accused, Subol Roy, has already been granted anticipatory bail, we are inclined to extend the same privilege to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the

petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Court on the date fixed and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
