....For the State Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of the offence and bearing in mind the fact that commercial quantity of contraband articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, the learned Judge, Special Court under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 is requested to undertake the trial as expeditiously as possible.

The application for bail, being C.R.M. No. 7002 of 2021, is dismissed.
