... For the State Bail is sought on the basis that the petitioner was not a named accused in the complaint or the FIR.

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has been taken into custody on the basis that he was last seen with the victim.

This Court is of the view that the prayer for bail at this stage cannot be entertained. However, the Investigating Officer, Ghola Police Station shall complete the investigation to the FIR Case no. 657 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of communication of the copy of this order positively and submit a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.
