The petitioners are claiming release on bail, inter alia, on the ground that they have been falsely implicated. Having heard the learned Advocate for the parties and in consideration of the case diary reflecting the seizure of commercial quantity of the contraband from the petitioners, the prayer for their release on bail is refused being barred by the provisions of Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

However, the learned Trial Court would undertake the trial as expeditiously as possible.

CRM 7012 of 2021 is dismissed.
