This application of review is with a prayer for directing the respondent authorities namely, Tamralipta Municipality to shift the office of ICDS Centre to the ground floor of the construction at Dag No.1198 under the Mouza - Parbatipur and to restore the said office as the office of the Ward Committee for Ward No.13 of the Tamralipta Municipality.

On perusing the affidavit-in-opposition it is clear that the Municipality has handed over the keys to the concerned Councilor who had accepted the same and is running the office of the Ward Committee for Ward No.13 by Tamralipta Municipality therefrom.

The appellants/applicants have also accepted the same and as such no further order is required in this review application.

Review application being RVW No.138 of 2022 along with the CAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
