Petitioner approached this Court as he intended to apply a passport and was not aware regarding the number of cases pending against him. 2.

State has submitted a report, report reflects that four cases are pending against the petitioner at Liluah Police Station.

In view of the limited purpose for which the petitioner has approached this Court and the State has submitted a report, I am of the view, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. 4.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16098 of 2025 is disposed of.

A copy of the report prepared by the Inspector-in-Charge, Liluah Police Station be handed

over to the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
