Considering the materials available in the case diary, the statement of the witness recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which directly implicates the husband and mother-in-law of the victim, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2.

Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
