The petitioners have filed the present writ application praying for a direction upon the respondent nos. 1 to 3 for registration of the lease deed with respect of shop room nos. 3, 4 and 8 and garage/car parking nos. 4 and 6 allotted in favour of the writ petitioners on accepting the entire consideration situated at South-end Conclave, 1582, Rajdanga Main Road, P.S. - Kasba, Kolkata - 700107.

The learned counsel appearing for the State has submitted that he has taken written instruction from the K.M.D.A. and submits that the similar matter was disposed of by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in FMA 350 of 2016 dated December 14, 2017 wherein the Hon'ble Division Bench has directed the K.M.D.A. to execute and register the deed of lease in favour of the respondent no. 1/writ petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance of the order
passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench, the K.M.D.A. has registered the lease deed in favour of the writ petitioners of the said case.
4. He submits that the Kolkata Municipal Corporation is also ready and willing to accept the lease deed of the petitioners herein in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.
5. As the authorities are ready and willing to execute the lease deed, thus, nothing remains in the present writ application.
6. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of.
7. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
