It is submitted that the chemical reports of the seized contraband have not been received.

In that view of the matter, the State FSL shall make available the chemical report to the Investigating Officer of Swarupnagar Police Station Case No. 247 of 2021 dated 03.03.2021, mandatorily and positively within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order. Prayer for bail at this stage is rejected.

CRM 7027 of 2021 is disposed of.
