Mr. Suman Sengupta Ms. Priyamvada Singh Mr. Sanatan Panja ... For the State.

Heard the submissions made on behalf of both the parties.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the over action on the part of the police in registering two FIRs against him.
It has been submitted that the petitioner is a legal practitioner and he is no way involved with the incidents in question.
Learned advocate appearing for the State has placed before the Court the letters of complaint and the FIRs registered pursuant to the same. I have perused the same.
I am of the opinion that no case has been made out for interference of the writ Court in both the cases that are challenged by the petitioner.
It will be open for the petitioner to agitate all points before the learned trial Court where the matters are pending.
