Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, there is hardly any material change in circumstances since the earlier order of rejection.

Considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection on July 26, 2021 and considering the fact that the normal functioning of the Court was affected due to the ongoing pandemic, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 7029 of 2021 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
