1. Petitioner is in custody for over 3 years. He submits there is inordinate delay in trial.

2. Learned advocate for the State submits the last schedule for examination of witnesses has been fixed between August 9 and 12, 2024.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. The application for bail is, thus rejected.
