1. The learned advocate representing the writ petitioner by placing before this Court a communication dated 18th March, 2025 which is taken on record, would submit that he has instruction to withdraw the instant writ petition.

2. Mr. Siddiqui, learned senior advocate and Additional Government Pleader representing the respondents does not raise any objection.

3. Having regard to the above, let the writ petition being WPA 17250 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The interim order dated 2nd September, 2024 stands vacated. The petitioner, however, shall be entitled to the benefit of the deposit, if any, made by the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 2nd September, 2024. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
