1. Petitioner prays for waiver of the conditions of the order granting bail dated July 16, 2024.

3. There is no adverse report as against the petitioner.

4. The conditions of the order granting bail dated July 16, 2024 requiring the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of the concerned police station and to report to the Officer-inCharge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight until further orders are waived.

5. All other terms and conditions of the order granting bail dated July 16, 2024 will remain the same.
