The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite parties, as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite parties is dispensed with. The petitioners, on December 03, 2021 have applied before the 4th Court of learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, at Alipore, District - 24 Parganas (South) for being added in the suit Title Suit No. 105 of 2012.

The petitioners are alleging delay in disposal of the said application and are praying a direction for expeditious disposal of it. In view of the nature of the application, the learned Trial Judge is requested to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, if the same is otherwise ready for such disposal and in doing so, shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 2374 of 2024 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs. The petitioners shall communicate this order to the opposite party. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
