Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

The writ petition is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and the respondent authorities excepting the school authority where petitioner is presently serving. The grievance of the petitioner is in spite of forwarding the transfer application of the petitioner on medical ground which was preferred on 15th August, 2022 by the concerned District Inspector of Schools to the office of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission till date the Chairman of the Commission has not taken any decision. Since on the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and taking note of the documents

which is at page 28 of the writ petition it appears that the transfer application of the petitioner on medical ground has reached the office of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission, the Chairman of the Commission being respondent no.3 is directed to take decision on the said transfer application by fortnight from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law.

The decision to be taken by the Chairman shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
