The respondent Nos. 6 and 7 High Court Administration and Registrar General have filed the affidavit in opposition disclosing that throughout the State only 7 cases are pending which were instituted

under the Right to Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and this issue was considered by the Administrative Committee, which in the meeting dated 30th of July, 2021 had directed the concerned Courts to dispose of the cases expeditiously and that the said decision was duly communicated by the Registrar (Judicial Service) to the District Judges of the concerned Courts vide communication dated 19th of August, 2021.

In view of the above, we are of the opinion that at this stage no further direction in the petition is required, however, the petitioner will be at liberty to file an appropriate representation on the administrative side before the Registrar General of the High Court, in case if he comes in possession of any material disclosing that provisions of Section 84 of the Act are not being complied with.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
