...for the opposite party In Re: IA No: C.A.N. 3 of 2021 The original petitioner in this revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India passed away during pendency of the application. An application for substitution of his legal heirs has been taken out, being the present application. I see no reason not to allow this application. The application is allowed. The legal heirs of the original petitioner mentioned in paragraph 7 of the application are substituted in the place and stead of the original petitioner whose name should be struck off.

The application being IA No: C.A.N. 3 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of.

In Re: C.O. 2054 of 2010 This revisional application was filed assailing an order of the learned trial Court passed in an application under Section 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997.

I am told by learned Advocate for the petitioner that the order of the learned trial Court which is under revision, has been complied with and the amount decided by the learned trial Court as the arrear rent, has been deposited. In that view of the matter, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that nothing remains in this application. The revisional application being C.O. 2054 of 2010 along with all connected applications being IA No: C.A.N. 1 of 2014 (Old No: C.A.N. 7088 of 2014) and IA No: C.A.N. 2 of 2018 (Old No: C.A.N. 2671 of 2018) are, accordingly, disposed of. Let urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to learned Advocates for the parties upon compliance with all usual formalities.
