We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in December, 2022. Thereafter, date has been fixed for recording evidence. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
