Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses, the statement of the minor victim and the injury report showing inflicting of injury allegedly with "Sabol" on vital parts of the body including head, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 2540 of 2025 is rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
