According to Mr. Jahan, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the settlement of the ferry ghat in favour of one Ustar Ali Saikh Enterprise.
He prays that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition challenging the said settlement and all the points raised in this writ petition be kept open.
Leave is granted.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the self-same cause of
