Heard both the parties.

Grievance of the learned Advocate for the petitioner in this writ petition is that proceeding for selection of M. R. Dealership has been initiated, but name of the petitioner is not being considered in spite of being one of the applicants.

Mr. Tapan Kumar Mukherjee, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that this Court should not grant any relief to the petitioner since name of the petitioner will also be considered in the said selection process.

Considering such submission of the State respondents, this writ petition being WPA No.17427 of 2021 is disposed of without passing any order in the matter.
