Considering the materials available in the case diary and the nature and extent of involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence as transpired from the statement of the daughter of deceased and neighbour recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. 3.

CRM (A) 2336 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.
