Mr. Ramdulal Manna Mr. Sayan Mukherjee ........for the petitioner Ms. Chandreyi Alam ......for the alleged contemnor no. 4 Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor no. 4 submits that the petitioner has been called several times to the office of the alleged contemnor no. 4 for furnishing appropriate documents with corrected spelling of the petitioner's surname. Counsel also submits that the pension amount of the petitioner has already been sanctioned and is pending disbursement.

Learned counsel appearing for both the parties submits that the spelling of the petitioner's surname should be "Chakrabarty" and that there is discrepancy in the spelling of the surname of the petitioner in the documents which have been given to the alleged contemnor no.4.

CPAN 144 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps for correction of the surname in the required documents.

It is clarified that the spelling of the surname of the petitioner in the orders passed by this Court in WPA 16789 of 2022 should be "Chakrabarty".

The alleged contemnor no. 4 shall hence take expeditious steps to disburse the pension to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of the appropriate documents from the petitoner.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
