This application is filed by the petitioner with a prayer that the misc. case no. 275 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate Baruipur, South 24 Parganas be expeditiously disposed of.

As the matter is pending before the learned magistrate for a period of three years and the same relates to maintenance under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C., this court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the application pending and directing service of notice upon the opposite parties. Thus this application is disposed of with a request to learned Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the Misc. Case No. 275 of 2021 within a period of four months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments. (Biswaroop Chowdhdury, J.)
