1. This is an application for recalling and/or modification of the order dated 11th July, 2024. It has been rightly pointed out by Mr. Souvik Mitter, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that one of the grounds for rejecting the application is based on the wrong submission made by the learned counsel for the State for which the earlier coordinate bench by an order dated 25th April, 2024 rejected the said application.

2. Mr. Mitter submits that there has been suppression on the part of the defacto complainant that she has claimed herself the wife of the petitioner, although, the petitioner is not recognising the de-facto complainant as his wife.

3. In view of the submission of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, we are not inclined to recall the order dated 11th July, 2024.

4. On such consideration, CRAN 1 of 2024 is thus disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
