Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents are disturbing the possession of the petitioner and to that effect, information has been sent to the police authorities, but no steps have been taken.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that the petitioner is repeatedly approaching the High Court on similar issues which have no foundation in facts or in law.

On the other hand, learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. According to the

learned advocate for the State, a strict vigil is being maintained by the police authorities and so far as the accusations which have been made, on enquiry police till date could not unearth regarding the genuinity of the same.

Having considered that the dispute and differences existing between the petitioner and the private respondents, police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident takes place.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16217 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
