Today, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed with this writ petition and in support of the same written instruction which the learned advocate for the petitioner has received vide letter dated 13th August, 2024 is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record. Respondents are represented by learned advocates. In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law against the order of the President of the Board dated 8th July, 2024.
