The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Posta Police Station, Kolkata, the Officer-in-Charge, Bowbazar Police Station, Kolkata and the status report in connection with C Case No. 226 of 2002 be kept on record.

Perused the aforesaid reports as well as the contents of the revisional application the impugned judgment passed by the ACMM Calcutta in C Case No. C/226/02 dated 16.06.2009 which has been affirmed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track 3rd Court, Bichar Bhavan, Calcutta on 06.02.2010.

The impugned order does not suffer from any illegality or impropriety and this Court does not inclined to interfere with the same.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
