... for the State The Trial Court in terms of the impugned judgment released the accused person on submitting an interim probation of good behavior bond of Rs.5,000/- with one registered surety of the like amount for a period up to 8th November, 2010 and he was also directed to keep peace and be of good conduct and further directed to observe the condition specified under Section 4(3) of the Probation of Offenders Act.
The First Appellate Court confirmed the said judgment.
At this stage, after lapse of ten years from passing of the appellate Court's judgment, it becomes redundant to interfere into the said orders being concurrent findings. Accordingly, the instant criminal revision stands dismissed on merit.
