Upon hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner and considering the relief sought for, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by issuing notice upon the opposite parties and keeping a date for hearing.

Thus, this application is disposed of with a request to the learned 19th Metropolitan Magistrate, at Calcutta to dispose of the case being C.S. Case No. 6236 of 2020 within a period of four months from the next date fixed.
