In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the opposite parties. This application has been filed with a prayer for condonation of delay of 303 days in filing the Special Leave Petition to file appeal against the order of acquittal passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta on 14th July, 2022. Heard learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Delay of 303 days has been explained in the application for condonation of delay.

Considering the delay explained in the application, the prayer for condonation of delay is allowed. The delay is condoned. The application, being CRAN 1 of 2023, stands disposed of. In re: CRMSPL 36 of 2023 I have carefully perused the order under Section 256 of the Code of Criminal Procedure passed by the learned Metropolitan

Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta on 14th July, 2022. Leave is granted to prefer an appeal within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observation, CRMSPL 36 of 2023 stands disposed of.
