Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners made a complaint before the Officer-in-Charge, Keshpur Police Station on 29th May, 2024 but no steps have been taken so far and the private respondents are disturbing the peaceful possession of the property of the petitioners and police authorities are not assisting in execution of the order of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur dated 6th February, 2024 and decree signed on 17th February, 2024 in Title Suit No. 563 of 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the State files a report and submits that all the complaints have been considered and charge-sheets have been filed. Let the report filed by the State be kept with the record.

Heard learned counsels for the parties at length.

The police shall consider the complaint filed by the petitioners on 29th May, 2024 and shall keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place and also ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioners, their family members or the property of the petitioners. There should be a surveillance which shall include frequent visit by the police force.

The Writ Petition being WPA 17315 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
