Upon considering the relief sought for, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served to cause service of notice upon the opposite parties and to fix the matter for hearing. Thus, this application is disposed of by requesting the learned 5th Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the Misc. Case No. 312 of 2019 expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment.

Urgent certified Photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance with all the necessary formalities.
