The writ petitioner is aggrieved that Falta Police Station has not taken steps despite a specific order from the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Diamond Harbour in T. S. No. 166 of 2021 to enforce an order of injunction against the defendants. The defendants are represented.

In the above circumstances, the Officer-inCharge, Falta Police Station shall strictly comply with the order passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Diamond Harbour and ensure that the injunction, as long as subsists, is strictly enforced and the private respondents do not violate such injunction.

Steps may be taken by the private respondents against the order of injunction in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
