Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Learned Advocate appearing for the respondents/Bharat Petroleum Corporation in opposing the writ petition submits that the cause of action and disputes involved in this writ petition relates to an earlier writ petition being WPA 23196 of 2022, in which petitioner herein was also a party and the matter is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court arising out of the order passed in the aforesaid writ petition.

In view of such circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage and claim of the petitioner will depend upon the final outcome of the pending appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. In view of the observation made above, this writ petition being WPA 16332 of 2023 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
