It appears that the order dated April 24, 2017 has been complied with.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not yet received any financial benefit in terms of the aforesaid memo. I, however, do not find any justification to keep this contempt application pending.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law, if he does not receive the benefit of the Memo dated May 22, 2025.
