No.351 of 2016 which was pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Barasat, District North 24 Parganas, has already been dismissed for default on July 20, 2022. He files information slip to justify his said submission. Let it be kept with the record. In view of the dismissal of the suit, the revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CO 2653 of 2019 along with connected application stands dismissed as infructuous.
