Heard both the parties.

It is an admitted position and both the parties do not deny that against the same cause of action an earlier writ petition being WPA 6339 of 2020 was dismissed with some observations and directions by an order dated 21st September, 2020.

Considering this fact, this writ petition, being WPA 17435 of 2021 is not liable to be entertained and the same is accordingly dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner from approaching the authority pursuant to the earlier order of this Court.
